The final preparations are underway at the Kulturbrauerei for Selvedge Run. With a growth in the shows brand list and a widening of the product portfolio a busy first day of trade awaits.
Several new halls will debut this winter, The Soda Complex will house new spaces with returning brands including 3sixteen, Pure Blue Japan, Viberg and Simmons Bilt being joined by Converse, Crescent Down Works, and Blackdays among others.
The Makers Yard – a concept-store themed hall – debuts this winter. Brands exhibiting include Triumph & Disaster, Gestalten, Master & Dynamic, Raumgestalt, TheBarber.ch and Pendleton. Raw Bible – a high quality brand guide will launch in the space. The book includes many Selvedge Run brands such as Chippewa, Emma Opitz, Tellason and Merz b. Schwanen.

Beyond The Makers Yard, the halls are filled with brands which are bound to keep visitors busy such as Stetson, Benzak Denim Developers, Red Wing Heritage, Andersen-Andersen, Hansen, Kestin Hare and Studio d’Artisan.
The Gibson bus is back this winter. It will provide a more private area for brands, visitors and press to meet. Selvedge Run partners BMW Motorrad have set up their impressive bikes which are sure to be popular among visitors once again.
With new spaces and brands Selvedge Run is set to continue to grow in strength this winter. Following what is set to be a busy day of trade, the community will enjoy the company of old and new friends at the Selvedge Run opening party tomorrow night, the 17th of January.
Shane Brandenburg: “Once again, many brands have selected Selvedge Run as their platform to present themselves to buyers, write orders and build new business relationships. With the finest brands, more press agents, a significantly higher number of buyers and an incredibly dedicated team, the fourth edition of Selvedge Run will once again be strong, if not the strongest yet.”
